Montreux House comprises 26 houses in a beautiful location, each facing a public road and a lake at the rear, allowing you to experience nature up close. We also offer impressive common areas, including a 100-rai lake and another 3-rai common area, free of charge, to ensure you can experience peace and freshness.
The roof is made of Exera (ceramic) sheets, which provide excellent heat and water protection. Every house is equipped with a solar cell system, helping to save electricity and reduce costs in the long run. Every house also has a modern security system, with a large gate that opens and closes with a remote control. The front door is equipped with a fingerprint and face scanning system, allowing you to enter your home quickly and safely.
